Return + Exchange Request Deadline:
• All returns or exchanges must be requested using our Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your product.
Product Condition Requirements:
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and unopened.
• Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Exchanges:
• Once we receive the returned item and approve its condition, we will ship the exchange.
• Please note that exchanges are only processed after the original item is received and inspected.
Return + Exchange Approval:
• All returns and exchanges must be approved by Avani. We will contact you once we have received and reviewed your Return Request Form.
Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please attach photos of the damage to your Return Request Form.
• We will ship a replacement at no extra cost, and there is no need to return the defective item.

Yes, you can. If your item is on backorder or hasn’t been shipped, you can contact customer service. We will cancel your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.
