Reuse + Recycle Program

We’re on a mission to make an impact. Help us reduce waste and create a more sustainable future by returning your empty Avani candle jars for reuse or recycle. Just send them back to us, enjoy your incentives, and help us give back to the planet! Here’s how:

Before sending back your jars, please complete our Jar Return Registration form to register your jar return. This form helps us prepare your return label and ensures we can apply your discount once we receive your jars.

Once you submit the form, our team will review your details and email you a prepaid shipping label. Please allow 1–2 business days to receive the label.

While you’re welcome to return even a single jar, we recommend saving up a few empty candle jars to send back together. Collecting 3–5 jars per return, if possible, helps reduce the carbon footprint and makes the process more cost-effective.

To prepare your jars, please follow these steps:

•Remove any remaining wax by scraping out as much as possible or freezing the jar to loosen the wax.

•Clean thoroughly with hot water and dish soap, then rinse.

•Sanitize by running the jars through a dishwasher, or place in lukewarm water and gently bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Be sure not to place cold jars directly into boiling water to avoid cracking.

•Dry completely to prevent any mold or bacteria.

Wrap each jar securely to avoid breakage in transit:

•Reuse the original packing materials, if available, or any other packaging from previous orders.

•Old bubble wrap, shipping mailers, reused cardboard, or even newspaper make great protective materials.

•Carefully pack the jars in a box that provides enough cushion to keep them safe.

Note: If a jar breaks during shipping, we will do our best to recycle it. However, for safety reasons, broken glass may need to be discarded.

Once packed, send your jars to us using the prepaid shipping label we’ll email to you after approving your registration.
